Yoga is great fun for children's mind, body and spirit. Emily
introduced the children to breathing and movements.
Pina comes to work with the children to combine stories, music,
imagination and visualisation with traditional yoga
techniques.
Ethan is challenging the children through breakdance and Kevin
is teaching Tai Chi. This is to improve balance, concentration, flexibility,
focus, attention and learning.
